Andre Ward “Son of God” WBA and WBC Middleweight Champion

Oakland California’s very own Andre Ward is an American professional boxer and the current WBA, WBC and The Ring Super Middleweight Champion. Andre Ward AKA..”Son of GOd”  is rated among the best pound-for-pound boxers in the world.

Andre Ward at 28 year old hasn’t lost a fight since he was 12 years old. Andre Ward faced the biggest challenge of his career Saturday night at the Oakland Coliseum when he met light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson for the WBA and WBC super middleweight belts.

The first knock down came in a instantly, and apparently unexpected when Ward punch the lights out  and “Bad” Chad Dawson fell to the canvas. And the torture didnt end there …Ward knocked Dawson down in the third, fourth and 10th rounds . Dawson surrendered in referee Steve Smoger’s arms at 2:45 of the 10th, as he was not able to adhere to anymore of Ward’s brutal punishment.

Andre Ward landed 155 of 418 punches, connecting at an extremely high 37 percent. He dismantled any opportunity that Dawson had to compete as he held Dawson to just 29 overall connects and just seven jabs landed.

The Son of God record remains unblemished as it stands at 26-0 and I think it will change anytime soon.

I was starting to feel that boxing had lost its sizzle, but Ward has changed that perception. He’s strong as a BRICKHOUSE because he’s the Son of God…and he is also boxing next super star!!!!
